SPORTEPL: Arsenal will pay a fine following the booking of six players against Liverpoo
According to Goal, Arsenal will receive a $25,000 fine after six of its players received yellow cards against Liverpool.
In a tough match on Sunday, the Gunners prevailed 3-1.
Seven players received bookings, Ibrahima Konate of Liverpool receiving six yellow cards and one red card.
Ben White, William Saliba, and Gabriel Magalhaes, the three of the four Arsenal defenders who began the match, were all booked. The referee also took the name of Jakub Kiwior, who replaced Oleksandr Zinchenko in the game.
Kai Havertz and Declan Rice were also given yellow cards.
The Premier League will fine the north London team £25,000 due to the number of yellow cards they received.
Chelsea and Liverpool were also penalized earlier in the campaign season after at least six of their players received bookings.
